Roman has a Master's degree in Economics and 19 years of work experience in the sphere of finance. He worked for VW Financial Services in Czech Republic and India and set up Ta Meri Group in Cyprus. In 2017 he joined Fairdip Group as a member of the Board and Chief Strategy Officer – CIS region. Roman speaks fluent Czech, Slovak, English and Russian.

Michael graduated from Sheffield Hallam's university business school with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, which he managed to obtain with a first degree. He started his career within the audit profession and worked for Grant Thornton Cyprus where he has also obtained his ACCA qualification. He has worked in key positions as a Head of accounting and Finance manager with reputable firms covering a broad range of industries, in the financial service sector, MRO sector and construction/ real estate sector. He speaks Greek and English.

Viktoria has 10+ years of work experience in sales in different industries: real estate, tourism & hospitality, fashion, health and beauty. Also Viktoria used to work in a banking sector.
She has the diploma in Economics & getting MBA courses for financial services. Speaks Russian, English, Ukrainian, basic Romanian & Greek.

Miranda is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) from ICAEW and a holder of BSC Accounting & Finance from Lancaster University, United Kingdom.
She has diverse professional experience in Audit, Finance and Sales. She started in a reputable Audit Firm with engagements of Companies both in Cyprus and Malta, of various industries.
Her career continued having key positions as Chief Accountant & Sales Manager in one of the biggest Pharmaceutical Manufacturers in Cyprus.

Mike studied as a mechanical engineer on ships in Athens, Greece. He has more than 13 years experience in customer relations and team management in various companies and is a certified ISO 9001 and 22000 inspector. He started his career 7 years ago as a fleet manager for a few rental car companies coordinating teams and vehicles in offices around Cyprus.
